There are a total of 9 guest rooms in the main Inn, the Henry David Thoreau Cottage (Suite Seclusion) and 4 rooms in the Cape Cod B&B Guest House. The Palmer House Inn is open year round. So the rates vary from Season, day of the week, and room selected. During the Summer Season (June 10 – September 11) you can expect to pay between $169 to $299 plus room tax. From January 1 – May 5 rates vary from $109 to $245. From May 6 – June 9 the rates range from $139 – $279. From September 12 – November 7 room rates go from $149 to $279. Late Autum visitors from November 8 to December 31 will enjoy rates from $129 to $255. If you love to sit on a porch and watch the world go by, then the Holly House Bed and Breakfast is a geat choice for you. With it’s views of the Cape Cod Canal, you can watch merchant ships from all over the world and delight in the beatiful saiboats that also make their way through the Canal.

Bourne is a great location because it’s so near the bridges that span the Cape Cod Canal. If you’re leaving on a Sumer Sunday, it’s a great way to minimize the time you spend in our notorious Sunday traffic jams.

As you can see from the photo at the left, Holly House is a beautiful Victorian setting for your Cape Cod vacation. There are three types of  guest rooms – the Holly Room, the Canal Room, and the Sunset Room. Depending upon the room you’ll enjoy a king bed, queen bed or twin beds. Room fans and air conditioning are also available. (Don’t kid yourself, there are Summer nights, when air conditioning is a must on Cape Cod. ) Some of the rooms have a private baths and others share. Enjoy the warmth and charm of a traditional Yankee bed and breakfast when you stay at the Old Sea Pines Inn on Main Street Brewster. A stately home nestled into a retreat of 3.5 tranquil acres.

There’s a front porch, with rocking chairs, where you can relax and watch the world go by on a Summer day. As the nights become cooler, the crackling sound of log-burning fire place soothes and restores you.

The Old Sea Pines Inn serves a full complementary gourmet breakfast from 8 to 9:30 AM. On warm Summer mornings enjoy your coffee on a spacious outdoor dining deck.

Room Rates vary with the season, day of the week, and room amenities. During the Summer peak months of July and August rooms with a private bath start at $115 a day and go to $165. Rooms with a private bath and fireplace go from $145 to $165. A suite with a firepalce is $195. If you’re will to share a bath, the rates start at $85. Rates are per day for 2 persons. A $20 is added for an additional person. Family Units are available at $155 and a Deluxe Family Suite at $175. Rates do not include tax. Children over 8 are welcomed throughout the inn. Under 8, children are very welcome in the family accommodations. Kid-friendly foods are included in the complimentary breakfast.
