You should keep in mind is that ocean waters on the south side of Cape Cod are usually warmer than the north side. I’ve also tried to give you a sense of the price range. Many hotels and motels have a wide variety of rooms available so you can’t compare easily. The price range just might help you zero in on what to check out first. But room rates can change without notice, often have minimum stay requirements, are different for weekday and weekends, and don’t include state and local taxes. In-season and off-season are defined by each place, and they vary widely. Many have multiple seasons. Plus lots of other stuff that are unique to an individual hotel or motel. So you should always call and confirm availability and rates.
