Here’s a Cape Cod Campgrounds Directory to help you plan your Cape Cod vacation. There is a campground on Cape Cod for every camping style. From the Scusset Beach Reserve in Bourne with its panoramic views of the Cape Cod Canal and fishing spots. To the Peter’s Pond RV Park in Sandwich with its recreational activities such as basketball and swimming. And the quiet wooded campsites of Horton’s Camping Resort in North Truro located within the National Seashore Park. Many of these campgrounds are family-owned businesses that have been active since the mid-1950’s. Vacation here and start your own Cape Cod camping family tradition! Dune’s Edge Campground, Provincetown, Cape Cod MA
You’ll find a quiet campground, sitting on the edge of the Cape Cod National Seashore Park, nestled among sand dunes and pines. Dune’s Edge Campground is within walking and biking distance of Provincetown Center. There are 85 wooded sites for tents, popups, and vans. For RV camping there are 15 spaces for motorhomes up to 32-feet long. The campground is open from May through September.
Off-season camping rates start at $30.00
In-season camping rates start at $40.00.

Shady Knoll Campground, Brewster, Cape Cod MA
Campfires are permitted until 11 pm, so you’ll be able to toast marshmellows and tell ghost stories. There’s lots of amenities at the Shady Knoll Campground including cable TV, clean and modern restrooms, free private hot showers, Wi-Fi, laundry, and a playground. If you forget something, theres a convenience store and liquor store right across the road.  Open May 15 through Columbus Day Weekend.
Off-Season camping fees start at $28.
In-season camping rates start at $38.
Stay 5 or more nights and get a 10% discount per night.

Bay View Campground, Bourne, Cape Cod, MA
Each site as 30 amp or 50 amp electric, sewer, cable TV hook-up and a fireplace and picnic table.
Clean restrooms and free hot showers. Three swimming pools and sunbathing areas open from the end of June until Labor day. Outdoor eatery, ice cream parlor. Camp store and gift shop, Two playgrounds with swings and other equipment. Basketball, badminton, shuffleboard, volleyball, horseshoe courts, pingpong tables, baseball field and tennis court. Recreation hall with video games and juke box. Open-air activity and entertainment pavillion, Wi-fi at recreation hall. Video and DVD rentals. Porta potti and RV dump stations.
In Season (June 26 through Labor Day Weekend)  campground fees start at $55.
Off Season campgournd fees start at $43.

John’s Pond Campground, Mashpee, Cape Cod, MA
This Cape Cod Campground is perfect for campers who want a rustic experience. The campground is located on 20 acres in Mashpee woods with direct access to a 350-acre lake with a private natural sand beach. For your full enjoyment of the lake, you can rent a canoe, kayak or paddle boat. It is adjacent to a national wildlife sanctuary with hiking trails. The following campground rates given are for 1 or two persons per day. The family special includes one or two minor children with registered parents. Each additional minor child is an additional $5.00 per day. Sites with hookups $45.00; Sites without hookups $35.00; Each Additional Adult $10. Day Visitors $5. Over Night Visitors $10.00.

Old Chatham Road RV Park, South Dennis, Cape Cod, MA
Located on 55 wooded acres, the Old Chatham Road RV Park contains 304 campsites, all of which have water, sewer and electric hookups. Most have 50 amp electric hookups. There are also several active recreation facilities where you can play basketball, volleyball or horseshoes. There’s 1 pool and a kiddie pool. The 2009 rates haven’t been posted on their website as of Feb 27, but you can call 508-385-3616 for info. In 2008 the basic RV daily rate was $52 a day, $35 weekly, and $900 a month. The day rate for a pop-up trailer or tent was $31.

Paine’s Campground, South Wellfleet, Cape Cod, MA
Located on a country road next to the Cape Cod National Seashore Park, Paine’s Campground wooded campsites are minutes away from beautiful beaches and nature trails. Campers are divided into various user groups. The Family Section accommodates campers with children. One Family per site. Hook-up sites are grouped together with water and 15-amp electric service. Group sites are designed for church groups, boy and girl scouts etc and can accommodate small to large groups. No water or electric hookups. Quite Couples only section is designed for people who want to get away from it all. One couple per site and no children. No water or electric service. Trailer Sites in the front of the campground can accommodate large trailers. These large, flat, and deep shaded sites have water and 30-amp electric hookups. No sewer hookups or dump stations. No pets are allowed.
Campground Rates: $40 per night for first 2 people. Extra Adult $15 per night, Extra child (6 to 18) $5 per night
Youth Groups: Children $7 for each night. Leaders are regular adult prices. A ratio of 1 adult per 6 children is the minimum requirement.
Water and Electric Hookups: $7 per night 15 amp - $10 per night 30 amp.
Day Guest Fee: $5
Additional Vehicles Fee (including boats and trailers) $5 a day per vehicle.
Minimum Stays for Reservations: 2 nights

Adventure Bound Camping Resorts, Wellfleet, Cape Cod, MA
This campground doesn’t list it’s rates unless you input your vacation dates. So I indicated a stay from July 10 to July 17 to get an idea of what a summer stay would cost. A Primitive Tent only site would cost $36. A Premium Primitive Tent only Site $40. I think the difference is the quality of the location, with a premium site facing into the surrounding pine forest. A site with Water and 30-Amp Electric for Tent or RV is $43.

Horton’s Camping Resort, North Truro, Cape Cod, MA
If you want to camp within the Cape Cod National Seashore Park, then Horton’s Camping Resort may well be your choice! It’s 40 acres are located within the park, and many of the camping sites have views of Cape Cod Bay, Highland Lighthouse and Provincetown. You can walk to Coast Guard Beach (about 1 mile) and escape the cost for a beach parking permit. Horton’s Camping Resort has 200 large shaded and open sites - 72 with RV hookups. Modern restrooms, metered showers, picnic tables, convenience store, Laundromat, dump station, playground, volleyball, horseshoes, shuttle bus to Provincetown.
Campground Rates: Open Area Sites with No Hookups $32; Wooded Sites with No Hookups; Partial Hookups $40. There are additional fees for extra visitors and services.

Peters Pond RV Resort, Sandwich, Cape Cod MA
Although the name implies that Peters Pond is for RV camping, please know that you’ll also find tent camping and cottages. Peters Pond is the perfect campground for families who want an active vacation. First off all, it’s a pet-friendly campground, so you can bring every member of your family. There is a large lake with 2 sandy beaches for swimming. It’s stocked with fish and fishing is okay, if you bring your fishing license, and boat rentals are available. It addition you’ll find active recreation facilities - a 5-acre playing field, softball diamond, horseshoes pit, basketball court, badminton, volleyball. There’s an arcade with video machines. There are modern restrooms and metered showers, and laundry is available in 3 of the restrooms. And most weekends have themed events.
There’s a huge range of camping rate options. The Full-Hookup Site with 50-amp electricity starts at $47 per day during the summer. A cottage rental is $150.

Maurice’s Campground, Wellfleet, Cape Cod MA
Whether you’re a tent camper, prefer Rvs and trailors or want a cabin - there’s a spot waiting for you at Maurice’s Campground. There’s shaded sites, modern restrooms, and hot showers. If you’re hungry there’s a well-stocked market with deli selections, lobster, ice, beer and wine. No pets or open fires are allowed. The Gauthier family has been running this campground since 1949! Maurice’s campground is 2.5 miles from the National Seashore Park and is adjacent to the bike trail leading to it.
Camping Fees. Sites with no hookups start at $37 a day. Sites with electric and water hook-ups start at $42 a day. Sites with electric, water, sewer and cable TV start at $45 a day. Cabins start at $95 a day. The base fees include to persons. For additional children 3 to 18 add $3 each. For additional persons over 18 add $6. Weekly and seasonal rates are available.
